ECAF Meetings

ECAF meetings comprise, inter alia, two kinds of recurring events:

A General Meeting of all Members is ordinarily convened once a year to determine the key orientations of the Consortium. In addition, the annual General Meeting approves the accession of new Members, fixes the amount of the annual subscription fee, and ratifies all amendments to or the termination of the Consortium Agreement.

A Steering Committee meeting comprising one Member for each country of the European Union represented in the Consortium is convened at least twice a year by the Coordinator. The Steering Committee is charged with the management of the affairs of the Consortium in accordance with the provisions of the Rules.
